This self-service website is intended for members of the Emory Community who need to change their University NetID password. If you have an Emory Healthcare NetID, please click here for instructions on how to change your password.
After changing your password, don't forget that you will need to update it on all your devices. This includes updating the password in Outlook and updating your password on any device used to connect to EmoryUnplugged. Taking these steps will help prevent your account from being locked out.
If you already know your password and simply want to change it, click here. You will be required to login with your current NetID and password.
If you have forgotten your password, or your password has expired and no longer works, click here. To use this feature, you will need to be enrolled in Duo, have the Duo Mobile app on your phone or tablet, and be able to answer your security questions.
If you have tried the options above and still require assistance, you may call the Emory University Service Desk at 404-727-7777. The self-service options above are the fastest way to resolve password related issues. If you call the Service Desk, you will be required to provide proof of your identity prior to an analyst being able to provide you with new credentials.
